Brie and Prosciutto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread

  • 40g brie cheese

  • 3 slices of prosciutto

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • small handful of microgreens


Directions

  1. Start by spreading butter on the outside of the bread. Layer your brie, prosciutto, and microgreens.

  2. Placed on a greased pan and cook on either side until golden brown.
