Caramel Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2-3/4 cup water

  • 1 tsp stevia

  • 40g pink lady apples

  • 20g peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

  • 30g protein powder


Directions

  1. Mix the oats, stevia, water, and protein powder together until well combined. Adjust water based on your desired thickness of the oats.

  2. Now mix the peanut butter and sf syrup until a thick, caramel-like texture. Spread this over the top of the oats.

  3. Add your chopped up apple and sprinkle overtop. Place in the fridge overnight.
