Garlic Edamame

Total Time: 15 minutes Yield: 4-6 servings



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Frozen Edamame

  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1/ tsp Red Pepper Flakes, optional, spicy

  • 1 Tbsp Olive or Sesame Oil

  • Salt

  • Soy Sauce


Instructions:

  1. Bring a pot with water to a boil. Place edamame into boiling water for 2-4 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a small pan. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook over low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

  3. Drain edamame and add to the pan with garlic and pepper flakes. Toss edamame with oil, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
