Ingredients
⅓ cup orzo
Lemon juice
30g cherry tomatoes
30g cucumber
28g feta cheese
3oz chicken breast
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Cook orzo according to the instructions.
Chop chicken into small pieces, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook until done.
Combine your orzo, chicken, tomatoes, and cucumber before tossing in olive oil and lemon juice.
Top with feta
