Low Sodium Roasted Veggies

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 25min Servings: 4



Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp rosemary

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 2 cups vegetable of choice (green beans, carrots, peppers, onions, asparagus, zucchini, mushroom)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Divide veggies evenly on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, rosemary.

  4. Bake 15-20 mins or until done. Veggies should be tender to a fork poke when ready.

  5. Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
