Red, White, and Blue Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup rasberries

  • 1/2 cup blackberries

  • 4oz cubed mozzarella

  • 3-4 large basil leaves

  • 1/8 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp champgane vinegar

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • pepper as needed


Directions

  1. Whisk together all wet ingredients.

  2. In a bowl add all you ingredients and coat in the sauce. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
